 HOW WE WORK

  • Customer

You decided to order as you see the samples from our catalogue, showroom collection or you have your own custom design. Our staff will help you to define the measurement and all necessary information (price, material, finishing).

 

 

  • Transaction

We do transaction with a certain term and condition as we agreed upon before. The transaction contains information about design, material, colour, lead time and payment.

 

 

 

  • Invoice Order

You will receive Invoice Order from us to make sure we have the same information about the order. Under term and condition, deposit 50% will be placed on order, for your convenience, we accept the payment by Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Check.  

 

 

 

  • Processing

We are now processing your order in our production workshop. Under supervision and quality check, your order can be updated via email or phone call.

 

 

 

  • Finishing

When the order is finished, customer will be notified and both parties will check the order, if any error occurs, we will be in full responsibility. Once satisfied, we will proceed with the rest of the payment if any, as deal on our transaction.

 

 

 

  • Delivery

We ship worldwide, the packaging and shipping service usually supported by our own shipping company partner, however, you can use your own as well. Different city applies different fee. We offer free delivery for customers in Bali.
